After you’ve created and saved a document for the first time, Sketch automatically and constantly saves your progress in the background as you’re working — which means there’s no need to manually save.
You can still easily create new versions of your Workspace documents and add an optional description by using ^⌘S. You can also add a star to a version, to control which versions Viewers and Guests can see.
